Hello, I’m David. Neuropositive coach & educational champion for different thinkers!

I know how overwhelming life can feel when you think differently. I coach and empower adults to better understand themselves and build practical strategies, so they can create a life that works for them.

Life can easily become overwhelming when you think differently.

Whether you are navigating neurodiversity, feeling stuck, or simply trying to make sense of what comes next, coaching provides a supportive space to pause, reflect and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Why Work With Me?

My background spans teaching, coaching and leadership, and I bring over twenty years of experience supporting people through learning, transition and personal growth.

I combine a calm, thoughtful and practical approach with a strong belief that different ways of thinking are strengths to be understood and supported, not problems to be fixed.

Whether you are navigating neurodiversity, education, work or life change, I offer a supportive space to better understand yourself and develop strategies that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Ways We Can Work Together

  • A supportive one-to-one space to better understand how you think, work and respond to the world around you. Together, we will explore your strengths, identify what may be contributing to any challenges, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

  • Drawing on over twenty years of experience in education, I support adults, parents and families in navigating challenges related to learning, school engagement and educational pathways. This may include neurodiversity, SEND, school attendance, returning to study or identifying the right next steps.

  • Supportive small-group sessions for neurodiverse adults who want to connect with others, share experiences and develop practical strategies in a welcoming and understanding environment.

  • "David's approach was brilliant. A good listener, really understanding my challenges and great, practical solutions. Asking excellent questions to help me have perspective on the impact ADHD has on my thoughts and actions. He flagged strategies to me to help me be more organised and productive and to help me get work:home balance. I would recommend David for life coaching.."

  • "Working with David has been genuinely transformative. From the outset, his warmth and completely non-judgemental approach made it easy to be open — even about the things I’d been avoiding. He brings a calm yet quietly energising presence, and his creative style keeps sessions engaging and thought-provoking. Through our work together, I’ve gained much greater clarity on my goals, and I’ve become noticeably less avoidant in how I approach them."

    —Olivia

  • "I liked the informal, open conversation from both sides, as I prefer this approach to a more corporate style or excessive jargon. Through the coaching, I gained insight into how I operate on a daily basis, how this affects my wellbeing and productivity, and what I would like to achieve in terms of balancing my life more effectively and staying on top of everything."
